How do you translate:

كان أخوه وأخَوَاتُة البنات يكبُرونه بِعدَّة سَنَوات

My best guess is:

He had brothers, and his sister, the girl, was several years older.

I hope to scan and upload my source books to a wiki so that others can have some original material to translate also.
