A line forms outside the Marriage License Bureau on November 28, 2020 in Las Vegas, Nevada. With new procedures only a few couples are allowed inside at a time. On 10/1020 the line was so long that it wrapped around the government building according to County Clerk, Lynn Marie Goya.
“According to last years statistics we have 80% tourist and 20% locals. Of that 80 percent 20 to 25 are international,” County Clerk Lynn Marie Goya says. “Of course without the international couples that is hurting us.”
